Learnset
Mimikyu, or a Pokémon transformed into Mimikyu, can use Let's Snuggle Forever if it knows Play Rough, holds a Mimikium Z, and if its Trainer wears a Z-Power Ring.
In other games
Super Smash Bros. series
In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Mimikyu that appear from Poké Balls use Let's Snuggle Forever[1] on any opponent who gets too close to it. Unlike its depiction in the core series games, Mimikyu grabs its target instead of jumping on top of it. If the target is at 90% damage or more, they will be instantly knocked out, and Mimikyu will leave behind its disguise and presumably depart afterwards.
Pokémon UNITE
In Pokémon UNITE, Mimikyu's Unite Move, Play with Me..., is similar to Let's Snuggle Forever.

Mimikyu strikes a series of synchronized poses with its Trainer to build Z-Power. It then jumps towards its opponent, expands the size of its disguise, and lands over the opponent, covering them. While it is inside its rag, Mimikyu attacks the opponent. | |||
