Jackson used an Azumarill against Ash in the Silver Conference in EP268.

There is an Azumarill that also live in Millenium Town.

Paul's Azumarill debuted in DP015. It was used to battle at the Kurogane Gym. However, since Azumarill lost, Paul gave away the Aqua Rabbit to a passing trainer.
