is a dual-type Rock/Ground glitch Pokémon exclusive to Pokémon Red and Blue. It can only be obtained via the Time Capsule exploit with Furret, as using the Mew glitch with a stat of 201 to encounter will instead bring out a Youngster who has a . It occupies hexadecimal slot C9 and will become ァ / g J 1 when traded to Pokémon Yellow. Its Pokédex number is 095, making it a hybrid of Onix. This Pokémon, on cartridges, will freeze the game at level 204.
's cry in battle is a distorted version of Champion Blue's theme with only one channel. It is also often found on Glitch Trainer rosters as the first Pokémon, leading many players to think that its cry is instead the battle music. However, its cry remains the same even if it's encountered as a wild Pokémon using a cheating device.
Upon being withdrawn from the PC or having its stats viewed, 's cry is a slow, single-channel version of the Route 4 theme. This, akin to its battle cry, replaces the background music that was playing earlier.

- If the Hall of Fame data is viewed after the player encounters MissingNo. or 'M (00), one of the Pokémon shown may be .
- If this is the case, a slowed-down version of the bass treble played during some Routes will play until the player leaves the Pokémon Center where the corrupted data was viewed.
