4HI? is a Poison-type Glitch Pokémon, found in Yellow. It can only be obtained via the Time Capsule exploit with Wooper. It is a hybrid of Nidorino, and also it shares its National Pokédex number. 4HI? will become a c if traded to Pokémon Red and Blue.
