Nature Power (Japanese: しぜんのちから Nature Power) is a Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation III.
Effect
Generation III
Nature Power's effect depends on the environment that the battle is being conducted in. Different environments will cause Nature Power to become different moves.
In a double battle, because of the inability to select a target, the chosen move will always hit the opponent directly across from the user. If in a terrain that calls the moves Earthquake or Surf, the chosen move will affect all Pokémon in battle. If in a terrain that calls the moves Rock Slide or Razor Leaf, the chosen move will affect all opposing Pokémon.
In a link battle, Nature Power will turn into Swift.

---|---|---|---|---|
Building or plain terrain | Swift | Normal | 60 | —% |

Generation IV
Like Generation III, Nature Power will change into different moves depending on the environment; however, some moves have changed from Generation III, and all are now damage-dealing.
In a link battle, Nature Power will turn into Tri Attack.
