Let's Find Pokémon! (ポケモンをさがせ!) is a series of books in which the reader has to find specific Pokémon that are hidden in a large image. It takes place in many locations of the Pokémon world. The entire series of Let's Find Pokémon! books has been published by VIZ Media in North America and Shogakukan in Japan. Chuang Yi has also published several books in the series.

A second edition of the Let's Find Pokemon! Special Complete Edition (ISBN 978-1421595795) was released by VIZ Media on July 25, 2017.

All of the books are illustrated by Kazunori Aihara. Some of the books are based on the anime.

International versions

In Greater China, the first three books was translated by Ching Win Publishing Co., Ltd. to Traditional Chinese (Taiwan version) under the title 神奇寶貝迷宮遊戲! and to Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong version) under the title 寵物小精靈迷宮遊戲! by its Hong Kong subsidiary, Hong Kong Ching Win Publishing Co., Ltd.. In Mainland China, the whole series up to Platinum version was translated by Jilin Publishing Group to Simplified Chinese under various titles, including 宠物小精灵大搜索!, 神奇宝贝大搜索! and 精灵宝可梦大搜索.

Trivia

  • This series of books has a notable similarity to the Where's Wally? series of books.
  • At least three real-life animals can be seen in the books: a dragonfly and a worm in Let's Find Pokémon!, and a fish on a dinner plate in Let's Find Pokémon! 3.
  • Viz Media's Viz Kids page (Archive) showing the Pokémon books on sale uses a slight variation to the cover art usually seen in releases for the first of the series. The cover shown on the site uses an illustration of Pikachu looking over his shoulder behind him sitting while the retail release of the book uses different artwork of him looking forward and standing.

Errors

  • In Let's Find Pokémon 3, two dialogues in story puzzle #2 are mixed up. These two dialogues are from scenes 4 and 9.
