The Banana Slakoth Garden (Japanese: バナナナマケロ園 Banana Namakero Garden) is an anime-exclusive location in Hoenn found between Fortree City and Lilycove City.
The garden is a large banana plantation and boasts the largest Slakoth population in the world. The bananas, aside from feeding the Slakoth, also go into making banana-flavored desserts for visitors to enjoy.
The garden appeared in The Garden of Eatin', where it was in danger of closing because a wild Snorlax was eating all of the bananas. After receiving some questions from Ash and his friends, Marcel, the garden's director, realized that Snorlax was displaced from its mountain home due to an encroaching construction site that was set up a month ago. In addition to eating all of the food, Snorlax used its Yawn to make other Pokémon fall asleep. Marcel used his newly evolved Vigoroth to oppose Snorlax; Vigoroth's Vital Spirit rendered Yawn ineffective. Marcel later caught Snorlax and created a relaxation attraction featuring Snorlax's Yawn move. Since there is now a Vigoroth in the garden, Marcel decided to rename it the "Banana Slakoth and Vigoroth Garden".
