The Training Grounds is a location in Jubilife Village in the Hisui region. It is used by the Galaxy Expedition Team as a place to strengthen their Pokémon. The Diamond and Pearl Clans would later trained there after both Adaman and Irida decided to train there, after facing the respective Almighty Sinnoh in battle.

Zisu acts as a Move Tutor, teaching new moves to the player's Pokémon for a fee. Moves taught outside of a Pokémon's level-up moveset require a Seed of Mastery in order to be mastered, a service also provided by Zisu.
