ゥ, (Japanese: ふイヂ Fuiji) the small katakana for u, is a dual-type Normal/Ground Glitch Pokémon in Pokémon Red and Blue. It is also often referred to as the "Japanese symbol" Pokémon by those unfamiliar with Katakana writing system.
It has an identification number of 205 and evolves into Spearow at Level 9. It is known to cause graphical glitches upon capture, and sending it into battle will cause the game to freeze. When traded to Pokémon Yellow, it will become ♀ ., the female symbol Glitch Pokémon. It is obtained through method #3 of the Mew Glitch when having a Pokémon with a Special stat of 193, and by the Johto guard glitch with Meganium.
