Rising Voltage deals damage. If the target is affected by Electric Terrain upon the move's execution, Rising Voltage's base power is doubled to 140.

It’s recommended that this move is forgotten. Once forgotten, this move can’t be remembered. SV The user attacks with electricity rising from the ground. This move's power is doubled if the target is on Electric Terrain. Champs This move's power is doubled if the target is under the effect of Electric Terrain.
