Team Dragon Rampage (Japanese: ドラゴン爆走団 Dragon Rampage Gang) are recurring characters who first appeared in Crash! Team Dragon Rampage!. They are led by Neki (Japanese: ネキ Neki) with members Dorara (Japanese: ドララ Dorara) and Dora (Japanese: ドーラ Dora).
History
Team Dragon Rampage is a group of former Dragon Tamer clan members that protects and cares for Dragon-type Pokémon in the vicinity of Blackthorn City. One of their most recurring enemies is Snake and the members of Team Wriggle (Japanese: クネクネ団だん Kunekune-dan, literally Wriggling Gang).
About a year ago, an injured Black Rayquaza appeared at the Dragon's Den, a temple dedicated to restoring Pokémon's energy, and has been recovering ever since. To avoid attracting the attention of curious onlookers, the Dragon Rampage Clan has been spreading various rumors and clues to draw attention away from the Black Rayquaza.
In Crash! Team Dragon Rampage!, they met Liko, Roy, and Ult and, thinking they were just curious, tried to change the subject. After battling Roy and Ult and knocking down the latter's Sableye, they decided to leave. Some time later, they saw the trio defeat Snake, and upon realizing Liko and Roy's good intentions, they decided to take the group to the Black Rayquaza. During the reunion, Neki and her friends explained what had happened since then.
As they said goodbye to Liko, Roy, and Ult, they promised that they would take care of Rayquaza until it was ready to fly again.
In HZ129, the group reunited with the Rising Volt Tacklers and discovered that Ult owned a Dragonite. They revealed some information about Salt, Ult's father, and took Roy and the others to meet Black Rayquaza. When the Legendary Pokémon regained its strength, they watched Roy and Ult battle it. As they said goodbye to the Rising Volt Tacklers, Neki promised that if she saw Salt, she would tell him about Ult.
