The third Arceus Arc Celebration was a special battle event in Pokémon Masters EX celebrating the addition of the third chapter of the Arceus arc to the main story. It was focused on the sync pair Arc Suit N & Zoroark.
The "N Arc Suit Fair Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Arc Suit N & Zoroark from the beginning of the event to April 19, 2025.
During this event, players could earn event points by completing battles. Players received rewards based on the number of points accumulated, including 5★ Scout Tickets, a Support Move Candy Coin, an Ever Pin, and medals. All battles could be challenged an unlimited number of times except Daily Extreme Battle 1, which could only be challenged once per day.
The player could battle using Arc Suit N & Zoroark to obtain +0.6× bonus points; Iris (Alt.) & Hydreigon or Alder & Volcarona to obtain +0.4× bonus points; and any unlisted Unova sync pairs to obtain +0.2× bonus points.
This event featured the Battle Challenge, where players were challenged to defeat a team of strong opponents. Players could complete event missions by clearing these areas with one or fewer sync pairs fainting and sync pairs with specific theme skills on the team.
Additionally, the music and artwork on the title screen were different than usual. The title screen artwork depicted Arc Suit N & Zoroark, and the background music was 
Glorious Battle! (N) (Pokémon Masters EX Version). In addition, a special voice-over line of N saying "Pokémon Masters EX" would play as soon as the game's logo appeared on the title screen.
