Create New Legends (Japanese: 新たなる伝説を紡げ！ Spin New Legends!) was a Legendary Power-Up Event (Japanese: 伝説強化イベント Legendary Power-Up Event) in Pokémon Masters EX. It allowed players to earn custom roll cakes and custom lucky cookies to use on sync pairs available through Legendary Adventures.
During this event, players could complete the single-player "Challenge the Living Legends" battle a certain number of times to complete event missions, earning Legendary Power-Up Tickets. These could be exchanged in the shop for custom lucky cookies, which could teach exclusive lucky skills to sync pairs available through Legendary Adventures. In addition, completing "Challenge the Living Legends" with a sync pair obtained through Legendary Adventures on the team would complete an event mission awarding a custom roll cake for that sync pair.
In conjunction with this event, EX roles were added to all the sync pairs obtainable through Legendary Adventures: Giovanni & Mewtwo, Silver & Ho-Oh, Zinnia & Rayquaza, Cyrus & Palkia, Ghetsis & Kyurem, Professor Sycamore & Xerneas, Scottie/Bettie & Solgaleo, and Hop & Zamazenta.
