Silver Wind (Japanese: ぎんいろのかぜ Silver Wind) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation III.
Effect
Silver Wind inflicts damage. Afterward, it has a 10% chance of raising each one of the user's stats by one stage.
