The (Japanese: コイキング・ハイジャンプ大会 Koiking High Jump Tournament) is an anime-exclusive competition that is held annually in the Kanto region for Trainers and their Magikarp. The tournament was featured in JN026.
Competition
The Magikarp High Jump Tournament is a competition where participating Magikarp use Splash to jump into the air. After landing, the jump height is measured to see whose Magikarp jumped the highest.
In JN026, Goh competed in the tenth annual tournament, hoping to defeat the previous winner Kasuking. Goh reached the finals, but lost to Kasuking on the technicality that his Magikarp failed to land within the specified time. With that, Kasuking defended his title and earned his tenth straight victory.
