(Japanese: ぼうふう Wind Storm) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation V.

Effect

Wind Storm deals damage and has a 30% chance of confusing the target. It can't confuse a target that has a Substitute or already has a major status ailment.
