Feebas (Japanese: ヒンバス Hinbass) is a Water-type Pokémon.
Feebas evolves into Milotic by maxing out its Beauty condition, which is achieved through feeding it Pokéblocks. Much like Magikarp and Remoraid it is also a water type that does not resemble its evolved form.

In the anime
Feebas has appeared twice in the anime. One was biting Jessie's hair in Whiscash and Ash, and one was nicknamed the most beautiful in DP021.
The Magikarp Salesman sold a Feebas to Team Rocket in Pearls are a Spoink's Best Friend but it was actually a Magikarp in disguise.

Pokédex entries
- Pokémon Ruby
- Feebas's fins are ragged and tattered from the start of its life. Because of its shoddy appearance, this Pokémon is largely ignored. It is capable of living in both the sea and in rivers.
- Pokémon Sapphire
- While Feebas's body is in tatters, it has a hardy and tenacious life force that enables it to live anywhere. However, this Pokémon is also slow and dimwitted, making it an easy catch.
- Pokémon Emerald
- Feebas live in ponds that are heavily infested with weeds. Because of its hopelessly shabby appearance, it seems as if few trainers raise it.
- Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen
- Ridiculed for its shabby appearance, it is ignored by researchers. It lives in ponds choked with weeds.
Game locations
The fishing spots Feebas is found in are randomly generated for each game. In Hoenn, they randomly whenever the Trendy Phrase in Dewford Town changes. In Sinnoh, they change every day.
