All three legendary beasts are main characters in Zoroark: Master of Illusions as the guardians of Crown City.
They sense Crown City was under attack by Zoroark, and they rushed towards the city. After reaching Zoroark, they began attacking her, angry for what she had done to Crown City. After they learned that Zoroark wasn't the enemy, they help attack Grings Kōdai alongside Zoroark to protect Crown City from Kōdai's wrath.

In the games
Three Shiny legendary beasts were distributed in various countries worldwide to commemorate the thirteenth Pokémon movie. All three know four moves they would not normally learn in-game, and they are also holding event-exclusive berries. Transferring any one of these allows players to obtain a female Zoroark in Pokémon Black and White.

Trivia
- While Entei and Suicune have had important roles in other movies, Zoroark: Master of Illusions is Raikou's film debut. Raikou did, however, appear in the special episodes The Legend of Thunder! and Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs (Part Two).
