Lieutenant Banks (Japanese: バンクス Banks) is a supporting character who appeared in Lucario and the Mystery of Mew. He is Kidd Summers's commander.

History

When Kidd discovered the Tree of Beginning, she immediately began sending transmissions to Banks so they could find out more about it. Their communications were briefly interrupted when the Tree began to fall apart. When everything was back to normal, Banks agreed with Kidd's suggestion that tourists should not be allowed to access the tree.
