Ramone (Japanese: リキオー Rikiō) is a minor recurring character of the Pokémon anime. He first appeared in Jostling for the Junior Cup!, where he participated in the Pokémon World Tournament Junior Cup and was Dawn's first opponent. However, he was defeated by her and eliminated from the tournament. He made a cameo appearance in Goodbye, Junior Cup - Hello Adventure!, where he lined up with all the other competitors in front of Alder, Cynthia, Caitlin, and Freddy O'Martian.

He reappeared in Curtain Up, Unova League! to compete in the Vertress Conference. In Mission: Defeat Your Rival!, he appeared on the screen showing the match-ups for the second round of the Conference, meaning he had made it through the first round. In Lost at the League!, he appeared once again on the screen of the Vertress Conference, now showing the match-ups for the last sixteen, meaning that he had made it through the second and third rounds. In Strong Strategy Steals the Show!, it was revealed he had made it through the fourth round as well. In the quarterfinals, he battled Antonio and won. In the semifinals, he battled against Dino but lost, placing him in the Top 4. Afterwards, he appeared once again during the closing ceremonies of the Vertress Conference.

Stoutland is the first Pokémon Ramone is known to have on hand. It was used in the first round of the Junior Cup but lost to Dawn's Piplup.

It was also used off-screen in A Unova League Evolution! in Ramone's battle with Antonio.
