Pikachu is a Pokémon that belongs to Isamu Akai. He is the cousin of Clefairy and one of the only Pokémon in the manga who cannot talk, instead relying on pantomime to communicate. Pikachu is often shown as an opposite of Red's Clefairy because he's intelligent and makes everything much better than his cousin. Due to that, Clefairy and Pikachu are sometimes shown as rivals.
