Nemona's Pawmot (Japanese: ネモのパーモット Nemo's Parmot) is one of Nemona's main Pokémon in the games, anime, and manga. In the anime, it is usually seen outside of its Poké Ball.

History

Pawmot first appeared as a Pawmo in Nemona and Brassius and…, where it was seen defeated a Trainer's Skiploom without effort. During the encounter with Brassius, Pawmo was frequently hit by the oil of Brassius's Dolliv.

In Welcome to Naranja Academy!, Pawmo was revealed to have evolved into Pawmot when Liko, Roy, and Dot enrolled at Naranja Academy. In Sparkle! The Glow of Flame and Art!, Nemona and Pawmot battled against Roy and his Fuecoco. Due to the combined circumstances of Roy's inexperience and a sudden rainstorm, Pawmot was easily able to secure the victory against the Fire-type.

In Sparkle! The Glow of Fire and Art!, Nemona used Pawmot in her battle against Roy, where it battled against his Fuecoco. After a tough battle, Pawmot emerged victorious, defeating Fuecoco with Double Shock.

In Resonating Spirits in a Challenge to Ryme!, Nemona had Pawmot save Terapagos from falling from the sky. In the following episode, Pawmot was used by Nemona to help Roy and Fuecoco in a Hyper Training session.

In Terastallization vs. Mega Evolution!, Nemona partnered Pawmot and Ribombee for a Double Battle against Roy's Crocalor and Lucario. After Roy Mega Evolved Lucario, Nemona Terastallized Pawmot into a pure Fighting type, but it ended up being defeated, thus making Nemona lose by default.

Personality and characteristics

Pawmot seems to be Nemona's main Pokémon in terms of battling, and is always seen outside of its Poké Ball, therefore demonstrating a strong bond with its Trainer. It also seems to be quite gluttonous, as seen in Nemona and Brassius and…, where it solely focused on eating the sweets on Brassius's plate instead of focusing on their conversation. It also seems very relaxed, making no fuss whatsoever after being struck by Dolliv's oil several times, merely wiping itself off afterwards.

Being Nemona's main Pokémon, its power speaks for itself. It was able to easily knock out a Trainer's Skiploom without effort, and later managed to defeat Roy's Fuecoco with only moderate effort.
