Mrs. Winter (Japanese: ユキノばあさん Granny Yukino) is a non-player character in the game Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia. She can be found in a house in Hia Valley and the only person to live there.

When the people at the Ranger Union finds out about the special gem belonging to Murph, the player is eventually tasked to go the Hia Valley to ask Mrs. Winter where she made it from. The player finds out that it is a shard from the Blue Gem found in Almia Castle.

During the activation of the Incredible Machine, several Delibird and an Abomasnow are found outside her house, forcing her to stay inside.

In a quest, ice blocks the door of a researcher's house and the player has to find a way to fix the problem.

She also assigns several quests. One involves finding the Sneasel in Almia Castle while another involves melting the ice in front of the castle's entrance.

#44 Access the Ice Castle Hia Valley Mrs. Winter Reward: Flying Defense Three huge blocks of ice are blocking the way to Almia Castle. They're quite the nuisance! Please, won't someone clear those blocks of ice?
