Luana (Japanese: ラクア Rakua) is a Pokémon Ranger who appeared in Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia.

She has just graduated from the Ranger School one year prior to the player becoming a Ranger. Her partner is a Buneary that would ride at her back at times. The Ranger School has asked her several times to come and partake in a Q & A session for the students, but she turned the offers down because she believed that she didn't have any good qualities. Although she is slightly ditzy she is also a competent ranger. The player goes on several missions with Luana, and she is the one to give Ollie his name, since he smells like oil.
