The Gallant Galaxy V Starter Deck (Simplified Chinese: 勇魅群星 V起始卡组) is a Simplified Chinese-exclusive Pokémon Trading Card Game deck with random elements that was first released in mainland China on June 18, 2024.

This product was available alongside the Gallant Galaxy expansion and includes cards from second- and third-year Sword & Shield Series sets previously released in other territories. Each deck includes 60 cards comprising two randomly paired 30-card groups. An individual group typically focuses on one Pokémon type and includes a selection of Trainer cards and supporting Basic Energy cards. The first group, which has ten possible varieties, will always contain at least one Pokémon V card. The second group also has ten possible varieties. The cards within each group are always the same.
Each V Starter Deck comes packaged with a cardboard sheet containing damage counters, Special Condition markers, and a VSTAR marker; a rulesheet; and a bonus booster pack containing one of 31 possible cards. Twenty-one of these are Trainer cards that can also be found in the deck, while 10 Secret cards can only be found in the bonus pack. All cards have a product-specific collection number and set symbol, but do not feature rarity symbols. Secret cards from the bonus pack are Holofoil, while all other cards are Non Holofoil.
