The Pikachu & Clefairy & Turtwig & Gimmighoul Happy Set (Simplified Chinese: 嗨皮组合 皮卡丘&皮皮&草苗龟&索财灵) is a Pokémon Trading Card Game deck kit that was released in mainland China on January 17, 2025.
The Happy Set is similar to the Battle Party Set released during the Simplified Chinese Sun & Moon Series, offering multiple decks and customization options to support different playstyles. Sets include four 60-card decks that focus on Pikachu, Clefairy, Turtwig, and Gimmighoul. The decks share a numbering system and set code; each card also features a colored silhouette of the focal Pokémon to denote which deck it belongs to. Each deck is sealed with a gameplay introduction card.
The decks can be adapted with cards from the enclosed Modification Pack. Each pack includes two different Pokémon cards, three different Item cards, two different Pokémon Tool cards, and three different Supporter cards from a pool of 23 cards. Of the Pokémon cards available, Cyclizar ex has a 3.1% chance of being obtained. Happy Sets also come with a Reward Pack, which contains one of 14 Holofoil cards, and seven Collection 151 event packs, which contain two cards from the subset. There is an 87.5% chance the Reward Pack will contain a Basic Energy card and a 12.5% chance it will contain a Pokémon card.[1]
Sets are packaged with a player beginner's guide that outlines the basic rules of the TCG and a game rules instruction sheet with suggestions for various styles of games that can be conducted between two, three, and four players. Also included are a pair of battle guides, four cardboard sheets containing damage counters and status markers, as well as two extra large-sized cardboard coins bearing the Pokémon ex logo. The Pikachu and Clefairy decks serve as beginner decks and several cards feature "teaching numbers" superimposed on the Pokémon silhouettes to indicate the order in which they should be played when following the enclosed battle guides.
A smaller version of the Happy Set, named the Pikachu & Clefairy & Turtwig & Gimmighoul Happy Deck (Simplified Chinese: 嗨皮卡组 皮卡丘&皮皮&草苗龟&索财灵), was made available from the same day. This product includes one of the four decks at random, a beginner's guide, and a cardboard sheet of damage counters and status markers; however, the Modification Pack, Reward Pack, instruction sheet, battle guides, and coins are not included. Additionally, each deck from either product has a 1.6% chance of containing Holofoil versions of its cards.[1] With these variants, Pokémon ex feature their regular Holofoil styling, while other cards have a Mirror Holofoil treatment.
