The 30th-P Promotional cards are a series of Simplified Chinese promotional cards released to commemorate the 30th Anniversary of the Pokémon franchise. This series comprises Holofoil Full Art illustration rare-style cards that depict first partner Pokémon from the first nine generations, known colloquially in English as the "First Partner Illustration Collection". Each card in this series features the Pokémon 30th Anniversary logo, and are identified with the 30th-P suffix. These cards are released exclusively via the "30th Anniversary Celebration: First Partner Pokémon Special Illustration Holofoil Card Set" products in mainland China.

The 30th-P Promotional card categorization have no equivalent in other languages. The First Partner Illustration Collection cards are instead released as either MEP Black Star Promos or M-P Promotional cards in their respective languages.
