Battle Party: Shining Dream is another pair of TCG kits designed for use in Limited format events, following the distribution of Battle Party: Shared Dream kits in the first half of 2025. The products similarly feature numerous 60-card decks that employ different strategies using cards from the Scarlet & Violet and Sword & Shield Series. With the exception of Basic Energy, all deck cards form a numbered collection and feature a unique set code. Kits also include a 1-card Battle King Reward Pack, designed to be awarded to event winners. The cards available in these packs also form a numbered collection with a different set code.
All deck cards are available in Non Holofoil, although two decks have a Holofoil variant. Rule Box Pokémon and Secret cards in these variants retain their normal Holofoil styling, while all other standard cards are Mirror Holofoil. Cards from the Battle King Reward Packs are all Holofoil and feature a Battle Party: Shining Dream product logo stamp.
