Mt. Travail (Japanese: 修行の山 Mt. Training) is a dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky.
It is unlocked when Azurill falls under a nightmare he cannot wake up from. Drowzee can reportedly enter Azurill's nightmare, and so Deputy Magnemite reveals Drowzee's location. The first visit can only be conducted by the team's original two members: the player and their partner. On the first visit, the player finds Drowzee at Mt. Travail Peak. The dungeon itself consists of 19 floors total.
Gameplay
The jobs are ranked E, ★2, ★3 or ★4 by default, depending on the floor.
The floors are all medium-sized with 3-9 rooms, except floor 16 which instead has 3-8 rooms. There's 3-6 items on the floor and 4-7 in the walls. There's 2-3 starting enemies on floors 1 through 3, 2-4 on floors 4 through 6, and 3-5 on later floors.
The IQ Booster activates on every even floor. Turn limit is 1000. Items have 5% chance to be sticky. Enemies in floors 1 through 9 have 150IQ, and 331 on later floors. There is rainy weather on floor 2, foggy weather on floors 3 and 11, cloudy weather on floors 5 and 6, and sunny weather on floors 8 and 9.
Pokémon encountered
Each time player enters a floor, only 14 of the species that can be found on a given floor will be chosen. The unpicked Pokémon's spawn rate will be added to whichever picked Pokémon is next in the National Dex order, going back to the beginning if needed.

Trivia
- "Travail" means arduous labor, referencing the training that a player does in this dungeon and the Japanese name "Mt. Training".
- All of the Pokémon found at Sky Peak Summit Pass are found here.
- The artwork at the beginning of the dungeon is the same as that of Mt. Thunder in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team, just with a different color scheme.
