{{ | Having been ambushed by Spinel and his Beheeyem, the last thing Liko remembers is becoming Liko's Trainer and enrolling at the Indigo Academy. As she walks with her partner through the streets of Levincia, she wonders why she came back to Paldea, noticing that her Rotom Phone's screen is showing static for some reason. Liko stares at the category, feeling like she has lost something important. However, Sprigatito's cuteness distracts her from the thought. She tries to pet it, and Sprigatito scratches her. In doing so, a faint memory of these exact events, only at the Indigo Academy, pops up in Liko's head, making her feel like this has happened before.
Back at the Brave Olivine, the Rising Volt Tacklers grow worried about Liko, since she hasn't come back yet, and they can't reach her phone. Dot points out several reports from Artazon, giving Friede and the others their first lead. Friede takes Roy with him to Artazon, and Ludlow, praying for their safe return, states that not everything they seek is for the eye to see.
Back in Levincia, Liko looks at a Sprigatito billboard before finding one of the ancient adventurer's Ancient Poké Balls in her bag. She lets Sprigatito play with it before it runs off, prompting her to run after her partner. Meanwhile, Spinel observes Liko's pendant, noting its similarity to the crystal found inside of a Tera Orb. He then turns his attention to Artazon, where his Beheeyem is spying on the Rising Volt Tacklers, who grow increasingly worried for Liko. Suddenly, Roy sees a Corvisquire flying overhead and follows it with Roy trailing behind.
Sunset comes and Liko is still running after Sprigatito, recalling how the latter was always like this. Liko cuts off Sprigatito's path to catch it, acknowledging that its free spirit is what makes it special. Liko notices the sunset, and another faint memory plays in her head, this time of a sunset just like this one on the deck of the Brave Olivine. The Rising Volt Tacklers are no closer to finding Liko, leaving Dot to believe that the information regarding the sightings at Artazon was fake. Friede knows it couldn't have been Amethio and his goons, as they always relied on a head-on assault, but rather a group of Magneton controlled by another Trainer, who were also behind the ship's malfunctions and cutting off the signal in Arboliva's Forest. Friede believes they have fallen into someone's trap. Meanwhile, Roy finally catches up to Wattrel, before realizing he's wandered into Levincia.
Dot is starting to become frustrated, and, wanting to make a plan that will go viral, she contacts her friend, the Gym Leader of Levincia and popular streamer, Iono. Dot tells Iono that her friend is missing and that she needs her help, so Iono plans to stage a collaboration between herself and Dot as Nidothing. Soon after, Liko notices people gathered in the city's central square, where Iono makes her appearance and addresses her adoring fans. Iono introduces their special guest, Nidothing, surprising Liko. Iono announces the challenge: find the girl on the streets. She then says that one of Nidothing's friends and subscribers will be doing the hiding. Nidothing says that the person they are looking for is "Sprigatito Love". Liko is surprised as she realizes that she is the one Nidothing is asking the audience to find, and questions why Nidothing would choose her. The people around Liko recognize her immediately, much to Dot's shock. Liko nervously runs away from the crowd, so Iono spices things up and turns the challenge into a chase to see who can catch Liko first. Dot disconnects from Iono and contacts the Rising Volt Tacklers to tell them that Liko in Levincia, revealing that the info about Liko being in Artazon was really fake, laid out by the enemy. Friede is about to head there, and Dot asks him to take her there too.
Wanting to do her best for Nidothing, Liko keeps fleeing from her chasers and has Sprigatito use Leafage to provide cover for their escape. As Liko cuts around a corner, a faint memory of Onia confronting her with her Skarmory pops up in her head when she runs into a Trainer and her Flaaffy. She has Sprigatito use Quick Attack, confusing the Trainer and her Pokémon with its rapid movements. As they continue their getaway, Liko suddenly notices that working together with Sprigatito like this feels oddly familiar. Meanwhile, Friede arrives at the airship, where Dot is out of her room and waiting for him on the wing deck. Following Friede's recommendation, she brings Dot along too in case there's a battle. In Levincia, Roy is looking for Liko, but is not used to navigating the big city. Friede and Dot arrive at his position, and Dot, using her Rotom Phone, leads them to a path that'll allow them to intercept Liko.
Liko and Sprigatito climb up one of the skyscrapers. At the top floor, the full moon suddenly catches her attention. Reaching out for the moon, just like she had when she and Sprigatito started out, Liko finally remembers everything and notices the crowd gathered at the base of the building she is on, forcing her to continue running. However, she comes to a gap between buildings that she would have to jump over to get across. Sprigatito encourages Liko, who likewise remembers how they jumped a gap like this once before. Just when she's about to jump, Roy and Dot arrive at the top of the other building. Liko remembers her friends, the ones she holds dear and met because she took the effort to step out. Gathering all her courage once more, Liko takes the leap of faith with Sprigatito again, almost losing her balance again when she lands, but this time being able to balance her footing, which raises her confidence.
Roy and Dot are relieved for Liko, who leaves them confused when she tells the two that she remembers everything. She's still confused who the girl with Roy is, and is shocked to learn it's Dot. Before Dot can explain anything, Iono drops in from a Flying Taxi to praise a bashful Liko for the good time she gave the people of Levincia and for the caring friends she has. Dot, using Nidothing's voice, wraps everything up by also praising Liko, making her happy that she and Nidothing worked together. Watching Iono end the stream, Spinel puts Liko's pendant in a case, realizing that Liko is stronger than he expected. Liko thanks Dot for helping out with finding her. However, as Liko is ready to continue her adventures, she notices that her pendant is gone. Liko tells Friede that the last thing she remembers was running into someone in the alley. Friede looks up Beheeyem on his phone and Liko immediately recognizes it as the Pokémon the man had with him. Friede knows that Beheeyem as the one he and Friede fought earlier, revealing that Beheeyem not only allowed the man to take Liko's pendant from right under her nose, but was also the one responsible for her temporary memory loss. However, the fact that the culprit had to resort to buying himself time with a distraction means that they're still close by, so Friede declares that the Rising Volt Tacklers will now begin their counterattack to get the pendant back.

Blurb
After bumping into Spinel in disguise, Liko finds her memory to be hazy, and she’s unable to recall why she returned to Paldea. But as she spends time with Sprigatito, pieces of their adventures together come back to her. Meanwhile, the Rising Volt Tacklers split up to find Liko, and Dot collaborates with Levincia Gym Leader Iono—a famous online streamer—to help create a viral livestream that gets viewers in on the search. The livestream works, but the so-called game of hide-and-seek turns into tag when Liko flees. Finally, Roy and Dot arrive, and Liko’s memory returns…but her pendant is gone!
Plot
Having been ambushed by Spinel and his Beheeyem, the last thing Liko remembers is becoming Sprigatito's Trainer and enrolling at the Indigo Academy. As she walks with her partner through the streets of Levincia, she wonders why she came back to Paldea, noticing that her Rotom Phone's screen is showing static for some reason. Liko stares at the Grass Cat Pokémon, feeling like she has lost something important.
Suddenly, Wattrel sees a Corvisquire flying overhead and follows it with Roy trailing behind.
Following Friede's recommendation, she brings Quaxly along too in case there's a battle.
Trivia
- Professor Friede's Pokémon Seminar: "What can be rewritten with Beheeyem's Psychic powers?"
- Choices: Musical scores, programs, memory
- Answer: Memory
- The first eyecatch features Iono and her Bellibolt, and the second features Liko and her Sprigatito.
- Iono's live show is a reference to her Gym Test in Scarlet and Violet, but instead of finding Clavell, the goal is to find Liko and Sprigatito. Iono also uses many of her lines from the games in this episode.
- This is the first episode to feature a Rotom Phone with a case, as Iono's phone has the same case as it has in the games.
Errors
- When Liko checks out Iono's live show, her left jacket pocket is missing for a few frames.
