Heart-Pounding Diary (Japanese: ドキメキダイアリー Dokimeki Diary) is the first opening song of Pokémon Horizons: The Series. It debuted in HZ002, replacing Aim to Be a Pokémon Master -with my friends- of Pokémon Journeys: The Series.

It was produced by Chinozo. The full version of the song was first performed during the Pocket Monsters Music Festival on March 31, 2023, and was released as a digital single on April 14, 2023.

Trivia

• This is the first Japanese opening featuring humans to not feature Ash.

Errors

• The debut in HZ002 of the opening had multiple errors, such as Mollie's jacket left sleeve having a color error with pink and grey for a few frames. These errors were later changed after HZ003.
