RBGlitchNameE2.png is a dual-type Glitch/L glitch Pokémon found in Pokémon Red and Blue. It can only be obtained by the Time Capsule exploit with Hoppip. If one performs the Mew glitch with a special stat of 226, the player will encounter Prof. Oak with a RBGlitchNameE2.png (which causes a game freeze when sent out) instead unless the player has lowered the attack stat of the wild Ditto by 4, 5, or 6.

RBGlitchNameE2.png occupies hexadecimal slot E2 and will become a (h4to89 if traded to Pokémon Yellow. RBGlitchNameE2.png uses Seel's cry at evolution, fainting and sending out, while using Rhydon's cry in the Pokédex summary. At level 25, RBGlitchNameE2.png will evolve into MissingNo. (Hex AF), and at level 36, into a Spearow. If RBGlitchNameE2.png is leveled up to Level 203 or 248 the game may freeze.

RBGlitchNameE2.png has a blackout Glitch screen.
