ゥ l is a dual-type Flying/Glitch Glitch Pokémon found in Pokémon Red and Blue. It is only obtainable by the Time Capsule exploit with Girafarig. ゥ l will become a ゥ ゥェ ゥ ▷ if traded to Yellow.
When withdrawn or deposited at a PC, the background music is replaced with a slower version of the Cinnabar Island theme that persists until the player leaves the Pokémon Center.
