Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Time Expedition and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Darkness Expedition are a matched pair of Pokémon games for the Nintendo DS.

The games are a sequel to Pokémon Mystery Dungeon. They include the new Generation IV Pokémon and have Wi-Fi and dual-screen features. The story was promised to be even more developed than the previous games, and the issue of the thinning of the relationship between the player and his or her partner will be taken into consideration.

An anime adaptation of these games has been produced.

The appearances of Arceus and Shaymin are unconfirmed.

Bosses

While most of the Bosses in this game are the standard Legendaries, there are some average Pokémon added to the mix. The list of boss battles are in dungeon order.

Story Mode Bosses

Wonder Mail Bosses

Like the previous Mystery Dungeon game, some dungeons are unlocked through Wonder Mail codes. However, unlike the previous game, the bosses below are obtained through these codes.

Some bosses will need the leader to hold either the Enigma Part or the Secret Stoneplate while going through certain dungeons.
