The seventh Arceus Arc Celebration was a special battle event in Pokémon Masters EX celebrating the addition of the seventh chapter of the Arceus arc to the main story. It was focused on the sync pair Arc Suit Blue & Pidgeot.

The "Blue Arc Suit Fair" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Arc Suit Blue & Pidgeot from the beginning of the event to December 10, 2025.

During this event, players could earn event points by completing battles. Players received rewards based on the number of points accumulated, including 5★ Scout Tickets, a Strike Move Candy Coin, a 5★ Power-Up, and medals. All battles could be challenged an unlimited number of times except Daily Extreme Battle 1, which could only be challenged once per day.

The player could battle using Arc Suit Blue & Pidgeot to obtain +0.6× bonus points; Chase & Pikachu, Elaine & Eevee, Giovanni & Rhydon, or Arc Suit Leon & Charizard to obtain +0.4× bonus points; and any unlisted Kanto sync pairs to obtain +0.2× bonus points.

This event featured the Battle Challenge, where players were challenged to defeat a team of strong opponents. Players could complete event missions by clearing these areas with one or fewer sync pairs fainting and sync pairs with specific theme skills on the team.

Additionally, the music and artwork on the title screen were different than usual. The title screen artwork depicted Arc Suit Blue & Pidgeot, and the background music was Glorious Battle! (Blue) (Pokémon Masters EX Version). In addition, a special voice-over line of Blue saying "Pokémon Masters EX" would play as soon as the game's logo appeared on the title screen.
