The Hall of Origin (Japanese: はじまりのま Beginning Dimension) is where the legendary Pokémon Arceus resides.
The Hall of Origin can only be accesed by a player who has the Azure Flute, which can only be downloaded at a special Nintendo event. When the player goes to the top of Mt. Coronet, the game will ask if they want to play the Azure Flute. If they choose to, a set of stairs will appear, leading them to the highest-leveled wild Pokémon in all of the games.
As the Hall of Origin is on top of Spear Pillar and not a separate area like the Flower Paradise and Newmoon Island, Arceus cannot be obtained by the Surf glitch. Even if one manages to reach it (without using the offical Nintendo event), it is impossible to get out of the dimension. There will be no stairs, and Teleport, Fly etc. will not be usable.
