Effect
Constrict inflicts damage and has a 10% chance of lowering the target's Speed stat by one stage.

- Constrict, along with Triple Kick, has the lowest base power of all damage-dealing moves.
- In Triple Kick's case, however, this only applies to the first hit, as the following move gains 10 more base power with each successful hit.
