This article is about the title screen menu. For the overworld menu, see Menu.

The main menu (Japanese: タイトルメニュー title menu, also known as スタートメニュー start menu[1]) is the menu that appears right after the title screen in the core series Pokémon games from Generation I to Generation VII.

In Pokémon FireRed, LeafGreen and Generation IV, the main menu is hidden when there is no save; the player must first create a save file in order to access the main menu.

Entry Description and notes
