Delia Ketchum (Japanese: ハナコ Hanako) is Ash's mother in the Pokémon anime. A relatively reserved woman, she gives the impression of having rather little of a brain. She is probably smarter than she comes off, though, as she was once one of Oak's students (along with Spencer Hale).
She lives in Pallet Town with Mimey, her Mr. Mime.
