Fissure is a very inaccurate Ground-type one-hit KO move introduced in Generation I.
Effect
Generation I
Fissure does damage equal to the opponent's current HP. Fissure will break a substitute on contact, and can be countered for infinite damage on the turn it breaks a substitute.
Fissure will not affect an opponent whose current speed is greater than the user's current speed.
