Generation IX
Wildbolt Storm's PP and power were changed to 10 and 100, respectively. It now has a 20% chance of paralyzing each target. In a battle with multiple opponents, Wildbolt Storm will target all adjacent opponents.
When used during rain, Wildbolt Storm bypasses accuracy checks to always hit, unless the target is in the semi-invulnerable turn of a move such as Dig or Fly.
Wildbolt Storm is a wind move.
