Background

TylerGray has been a Pokémon Trainer since the age of 9, when he received his first Pokémon from Professor Oak and set out from Pallet Town. He has visited many different places on his travels, and countless battles have helped him grow from a Youngster to a Veteran. He enjoys training all kinds of different Pokémon, but prefers using Dragon-type Pokémon in battle.

After joining Bulbapedia in September 2008, he found Project Walkthroughs inactive and forgotten and adopted it as a personal project. In November 2010, he was appointed to the role of Project Leader, a position he held until its retirement in September 2014. As a veteran Pokémon Trainer from the Kanto region of old, he prefers to spend his time detailing the walkthrough pages to help prepare less experienced Trainers for their own adventures.
