- a Pokémon's type, catch-rate, species or possible forms;
- a move's type, power, accuracy or base PP.
It should be complete up to Generation II.
Changes to Pokémon
In Generation II
- #081 Magnemite changed from Electric to Electric/Steel.
- #082 Magneton changed from Electric to Electric/Steel.
In Generation III
- #019 Rattata changed from being the Rat Pokémon to the Mouse Pokémon.
- #020 Raticate changed from being the Rat Pokémon to the Mouse Pokémon.
- #020 Raticate's catch rate changed from 90 to 127.
- #201 Unown gained two extra forms, ! and ?.
In Generation V
- #479 Rotom's Heat Rotom changed from Electric/Ghost to Electric/Fire.
- #479 Rotom's Wash Rotom changed from Electric/Ghost to Electric/Water.
- #479 Rotom's Frost Rotom changed from Electric/Ghost to Electric/Ice.
- #479 Rotom's Fan Rotom changed from Electric/Ghost to Electric/Flying.
- #479 Rotom's Mow Rotom changed from Electric/Ghost to Electric/Grass.
Changes to Moves
In Generation II
- Karate Chop changed from Normal-type to Fighting-type.
- Gust changed from Normal-type to Flying-type.
- Wing Attack's power increased from 35 to 60.
- Whirlwind's accuracy increased from 85% to 100%.
- Sand-Attack changed from Normal-type to Ground-type.
- Double-Edge's power increased from 100 to 120.
- Bite changed from Normal-type to Dark-type.
- Blizzard's accuracy decreased from 90% to 70%.
- Rock Throw's accuracy increased from 65% to 90%.
- Dig's power decreased from 100 to 60.
- Selfdestruct's power increased from 130 to 200.
- Explosion's power increased from 170 to 250.
- Struggle's base PP changed from 10 to 1, although in practice this has no effect.
In Generation V
- Curse changed from ???-type to Ghost-type.
