Sky-Blue Plains (Japanese: 青空草原 Blue Sky Plains), formatted as Sky Blue Plains in Red and Blue Rescue Team, is a Friend Area in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team and a rescue team camp in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX in the Plains area. In Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team, it has a capacity of 13 Pokémon. All of the Pokémon that reside here are Normal- or Psychic-type in Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team; in Rescue Team DX, many of the Pokémon that reside here are now Fairy-type.
In Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team, it is obtained as a reward from an optional mission. In Rescue Team DX, it is given away as a free camp when talking to Wigglytuff for the first time.
Having this Friend Area in possession unlocks the following:
- A mission to rescue Smeargle, which unlocks Howling Forest and ability to redesign Rescue Team Base's flag, once the player renovates their Rescue Team BaseRB/clears Sky TowerRTDX.
- Joyous Tower and Purity Forest, once the player clears Pitfall Valley
- The set of events that lead to mission to rescue Medicham, which unlocks Wish Cave, once the player clears Pitfall Valley.

Geography
Sky-Blue Plains is grassy field located on the top of a plateau. A tree grows in the middle of the field, which is the main feature that separates it from the Beau Plains and Sacred Field.
