In the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series, there are hold-items mainly called scarves, bands, bows, or ribbons, that typically increase statistics or make the Pokémon immune to certain status conditions when held.
Availability
Available items vary depending on the game. In Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon, these items do not exist and many of the effects instead exist on looplets.
Boosts Attack and Special Attack by 12RB / 8TDS / 30RTDX, but makes the Belly empty 100% fasterRBTDS / 50% fasterRTDX. When equipped on another team member, they will lose 0.075 Belly per turnRTDX. After obtaining the belt in Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team, a message in the Adventure Log will read, "Spotted Munchlax".
A held item that prevents the Pokémon's Attack and Special Attack from being reduced. However, it does not protect against reductions that are due to the holder's moves, such as Overheat.
A held item that makes thrown items bounce off walls and fly sideways along walls. It has no effect if the Pokémon has a Pierce status or if throws a rock.

A held item that prevents the Pokémon's Belly from going down each turn. If the holder travels through a wall or if it uses a move with a link, its Belly will still go down.
When equipped, it warps you near your teammates if you get separated from them. If a teammate equips it, that teammate will warp to a spot near the leader.
When equipped, it sometimes explodes when the wearer takes damage. It damages nearby Pokémon and makes items on the floor disappear. The wearer doesn't get Exp. Points if an enemy faints due to damage caused by the blast.
When this item is equipped, the wearer can ignore the topography and walk anywhere. They can even break through most walls, but doing so will make their Belly less full. When their Belly reaches 0, they won't be able to break through any more walls. There are also some walls that can't be broken, so watch out!
