List of unrevisitable locations

This is a list of locations in the Pokémon games that cannot be revisited after a certain point.
In the core series games
Kanto
S.S. Anne
In the Generation I games and Pokémon FireRed, LeafGreen, Let's Go, Pikachu!, and Let's Go, Eevee!, after obtaining HM01 (Cut)RBYFRLG/learning Chop DownPE and leaving the S.S. Anne, the ship sets sail and can no longer be accessed.
Additionally, in all of these games except Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!, the area containing the pier leading to the S.S. Anne also becomes inaccessible, an area which famously contains a truck. In Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!, the player can freely revisit this pier, although the truck is no longer present.
Johto
Sinjoh Ruins
Once the player obtains a Pokémon of myth at the Mystri Stage of the Sinjoh Ruins, they are teleported back to the Ruins of Alph, and the Sinjoh Ruins become inaccessible. The player can visit the Sinjoh Ruins twice: Once using an Arceus obtained from the Hall of Origin, and once using an Arceus met in a fateful encounter. Once the player has visited the Sinjoh Ruins twice (by using both methods to visit) and obtained two of the three Pokémon of myth, the ruins become permanently inaccessible.

In Pokémon Emerald, after the player has accessed the Sky Pillar during the Kyogre and Groudon crisis, Steven blocks the entrance to the Cave of Origin; after the crisis passes, an old man blocks the entrance, stating the cave will sleep, making the cave permanently inaccessible.
In Ruby and Sapphire as well as Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, the cave remains accessible even after the crisis has been resolved.
Mirage Tower
Once the player obtains the Claw Fossil or Root Fossil from the Mirage Tower, the player falls out of the tower, which crumbles, becoming inaccessible afterward. This location only exists in Pokémon Emerald.
Marine Cave
After the player captures Kyogre, the deep water to access underwater areas leading to the Marine Cave entrance no longer appears, rendering the cave and the underwater sections inaccessible. Notably, the two underwater sections in Route 127 leading to Marine Cave are part of the main underwater map, and parts of these two sections can be seen from the main underwater sections of Route 127, regardless of whether or not the deep water to access them is present.
Marine Cave and these underwater sections only exist in Pokémon Emerald.
