The Lax Incense (Japanese: のんきのおこう Carefree Incense ) is a type of held item introduced in Generation III . It is an incense that allows Wobbuffet to produce Wynaut Eggs . In battle , its effect is identical to the Bright Powder .
In the core series games Price Effect In battle Generation III Reduces the accuracy of moves targeting the holder by 5% of what their accuracy would be otherwise.
Generation IV onward Reduces the accuracy of moves targeting the holder by 10% of what their accuracy would be otherwise.
Outside of battle If held by either parent of a pairing in Pokémon Day Care or the Pokémon Nursery that would produce a Wobbuffet Egg , a Wynaut Egg is produced instead.
