Coil (Japanese: とぐろをまく Coil Up) is a non-damaging Poison-type move introduced in Generation V.

Effect

Coil raises the user's Attack, Defense, and accuracy stats by one stage each.

If powered up by a Poisonium Z into Z-Coil, all of the user's lowered stats are reset.
