Mind Reader (Japanese: こころのめ Mind's Eye) is a non-damaging Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation II.
Effect
The next move made by the user of this move will not miss even if the target has used a move similar to Fly. However, if the target uses a move such as Detect and Protect, the user's next move will miss. If the target switches out, the effect of Mind Reader wears off. Mind Reader will not make Ghost-type Pokémon able to be hit with Normal- or Fighting-type moves.
