Iron Fist (Japanese: てつのこぶし Iron Fist) is an Ability introduced in Generation IV. Twelve Pokémon can have this Ability. Prior to Generation V, it was the signature Ability of Hitmonchan.
Effect
In battle
Iron Fist causes the Base Power of affected punching moves to increase by 20%.
